CT Ice Fusion is just that. We are the fusion of two great Connecticut synchronized skating teams. Team Esprit of Hamden and Starcatchers of Shelton have merged and formed CT Ice Fusion. The team is dedicated to providing a healthy, competitive experience for skaters to grow and learn the value of teamwork and community. Our mission is to challenge kids to improve your skating skills, strengthen the love of skating while creating life-long friendships, and most importantly having fun.
Our Coaches
The CT Ice Fusion Coaching staff is comprised of a group of very talented ladies who bring many years of combined coaching experience to our team. They are fully trained and qualified individuals whose leadership has brought our teams to winning many synchronized skating championships and competitions. They are eager to share their love for skating and knowledge of synchro with their skaters and promote teamwork and dedication. Take a moment to review their qualifications and achievements.
What is synchronized skating?
Synchronized skating is a fast-growing sport of figure skating where 8-20 skaters work as a team to perform highly skilled moves while maintaining precision, timing, and formations. Competitions exist at local, state, regional, national and international levels.
